A first team composed of Dimitri Dubois, Sébastien Duchêne and Adrien Nguyen-Huu spent 4 days in October in Casablanca (Morocco) to conduct experiments on Finance Professionals (Traders, Portfolio Managers,…) on many topics including : risk and pro-environmental preferences, cognitive tests, environmental opinions. The team relied on an online and tablet setting to reach a large population of qualified professionals directly at their workplace (trading floors), collecting data of the highest quality from the the most important financial centre in Africa.
A second team composed of Dimitri Dubois, Sébastien Duchêne, Rassul Kalfane and Olga Tatarnikova attended the 2019 Global Investment Forum in Paris to set a lab-in-the-field experiment about Green Products preferences of professionals of portfolio management. This opportunity is the first of a many potential collaborations with the Agefi (Association de Gestion Financière) on behavioral finance research topics.
These two projects are coordinated by Sébastien Duchêne, and they receive financial support from the University of Montpellier.
